if the Private Message that you've created is in the outbox... it means that it is waiting to be sent. I don't think it will send until the recipient logs in...

Post a photo as an attachment in a thread, not in a gallery... When you attach it in a thread it is there instantly as soon as you post. Galleries photos have to individually be approved and it's a real pain, we are trying to get it changed but our man that does that sort of thing is on holidays.
