I think I might have seen these around! Do these have overly thin and flimsy feeling sides/bases? From memory my local garden centre had some that I thought would rip if I picked them up carelessly. Maybe a layer of gravel in the base would help with the solids issue...

When I looked at them a few years back... they seemed pretty solid...

Nope... worse thing you could do... the fish poop, uneaten feed.... would just get trapped in the gravel... and turn into a festering anaerobic mess...

Looks like they're 1200ltr pontoon floats that failed QC because the top didn't mould properly and they cut it off..

I have a couple of these (might be different dimensions) as grow beds with gravel in them. Been in use for a couple of years- one has a bit of a bow in it. But they work fine as a grow bed. If used as a fish tank you would definitely have problems with the ridges on the bottom as they are quite pronounced

Plus 3 IBC's separately listed at the same time ... looks like they will go very cheap & I can definitively say they has food stuff in them .. as I arranged their purchase the first time round! If I wasn't moving os next year I'd buy them myself!

They located in Sydney and pickup is this Saturday....
