If your living in Western Australia and would like to possibly speak with others in your area, please reply to this post, and give people an idea of where you are (no exact details, town or postcode perhaps) and whether or not you have an aquaponic system. :)

I guess I should begin..... I'm in the Perth metro area, postcode 6964, and I've got 5 different systems at the moment ranging in size from very small up to a large flood n drain.

Any other Perth people here?

we have a 1200 L fish tank & 2 grow beds located at the gidgegannup nursery toodyay rd. fish only introduced 5 days ago so no plants yet.
all are welcome to visit.

Atwell, 6164. About 20 clicks South of Perth. Just the 1 system running at the moment, which is my 2nd one.

Make that 3... I reinvented the pond which is my smallest system, and I have my black tub system ( 880L Fish space - 620L of grow beds ) and my yabby tank ( 475L tank + 150L tub for aquarium plants - 150L of growbeds ).

Forrestfield, 6058. Working on clearing some room for a medium sized Aquaponics system and greenhouse. Have a pond and reed beds at the moment. Have a 300L fish tank inside, hope to get some silvers or black bream in there.

I want to come to Perth again. My wife and I have been talking about it for two years as an old Navy buddy of mine lives there with his brood. We are shooting for December '07. Hopefully by then everyone in WA will have thier systems producing bountifully.

I'm on 10 acres just outside of Bunbury. Have a few pet Trout (up to 2kg) and marron in my dam and am in the process of setting up a tank system. Greenhouse/hothouse already set up, its just a matter of putting it all together and getting some more fish.
