Help with some questions

My name is Shah from ******* College and I would like to ask some questions about Aquaponics, because me and my friend is doing a project on how to build an aquaponics system. We had finished our previous project which was building a biological filter which it was a success and the school had given us to do more project that uses fish and aquarium as a source. We now had a new project which was given by our mentor, is to design an aquaponic system that uses Nitrate as a source.

I would like to know what kind of vegetables that can be grow indoor which uses nitrate as a source of nutrient?

How many amount of Nitrate will it take?

How many of vegetables should we start with?

What kind of lighting should we use?

How many fish should be in a tank?

How long should the light be turn on?

And can you recommend me what kind of fish will be suitable.

About the last question, we currently have an angel fish in our school tank. We are getting a 4 foot tank which Aquatics had donated to us soon. Can you recommend me what kind of fish that is suitable with the Angel Fish.

I just recently went to Canning Vale Hydroponics express and i had ask the same question but they are not specialty in aquaponics so they had givin me your email and ask you some question and also they should me your book of aquaponics and I would really want to buy one but it was expensive and the book could be helpful with our project.
