I also forgot to add that i am getting 20 silvers on Wednesday that will be going in my aquarium until the trout are out.

There are a few reasons for silvers over barra.

1: I dont have to go down south to get them. A mate has massively overstocked his new AP system so i am grabbing a few off him.
2: Longevity. I am thinking longer term and just running trout and barra will cause fluctuations in nutrients. Not a massive problem, but when i expand i will have a tank for silvers and a tank for trout/barra. Might as well start the silvers growing now.
3: I think the silvers will do well in the water temps i see up here. The average temp has been around 12 - 16 degC which should be just enough to keep them on their feed hopefully.

Yes you would have me with the noise factor, but i can guarantee you that you adrenaline gland wont be working as hard ;)

If i had the cash i would get another MKIV and drop a V8 into it just for a daily cruiser :)

It is a shame, i would have taken you for a spin at the AP evening if i had known you were interested.

I stand by my statement though. When the boost starts coming its fun, then the second turbo kicks in. Smile guaranteed. :)

I'm not fussy really, as long as it's a round sexy one (i do like the older pointy ones, but prefer the round ones) I'm a girl, I mostly like the way they look.... going fast and making pchesssst noises would be added bonus though.

Sorry to be getting back to Ap but I just saw the plants pics Ryan. If you have spider mites, they would be liking a dryish environment, to overcome this and give your plants a bit of a boost you could give them a foliar spray of a diluted seasol or worm juice mix. It wil act as a bit of a bug deterrant and help repel some of the pests and give the plants a few trace elements. Don't spray in the heat of the day though.

Thanks for the tip Faye. I have just used the last of my chillis trying to get rid of them. I have plenty of worm juice though. I will give the plants a blast of that and see how they respond :thumbright:

Tamatt27, car photos are always welcome on my thread. Is nice :)
