I cant take full credit for the DWC design. I kinda copied Ryans backporch system DWC.

Probably the one of the best threads here on the forum...

Nice yeah I got to order some of those but i gotta figure out how i wanna run the plumbing. I ran into a snag when everything was built I measured it to make sure it would fit where I wanted it and it was an 1.5" too big :upset:

So now I am refiguring out how it will lay out. But I think I am going to lay them out end to end and use a water bridge like web4deb (yet another borrowed idea :D ) I could get away 100% with no holes in the GB if I could figure out a way to make sure my pump doesn't over pump my GB. Otherwise I am going to have a stand pipe drain to a sump and thats it.

So if anyone nows how to do that I am all ears

Lucked out today, I was at Menards (local hardware super store) and just browsing and found a pump for 450gph for $19.99 was $49.99. Found two 20mil 12x12 pond liners for $29.99 where $59.99. So now I am gonna take back the other ones I got because they were 8x10 and on 16mil for $35.99. WOO HOO for close outs!!!

Looks great! I can't wait to see it up and running! :)

Waiting for time to work on this is the hardest part so far. My husband works for the railroad so we tend to get a whole bunch done and then it just sits there with no progress for weeks. At least we should have one system going before it is time to order fish. Hopefully two. :)

So I got the back wall painted white with a water resistant paint. My buddy brought over a propane heater for the garage because we are in a like second winter here and he wanted to help me get some stuff done. I Should have everything in the garage placed tomorrow and will start on the plumbing and lining the GB's Making progress as much as my one day off a week allows me :headbang:

Looking real nice. That Jim Beam level looks a little low. Might want to top that off.

Looking good CRF! As for the anti-freeze, It's much needed around here lately. 20 degrees below average is getting old and I'm ready for a little global warming ;)

It is not global warming now, it is climate change. That means that in your part of the world things will get colder...
