Of course we're both dyed in the wool zombie movie fans so nothing surprises us.

It seams to be that some folks are just magnets for stuff like this.

My Doc was rather surprised, that I got that stuff, because I never get sik. Never had the flue, a cold or what ever since my teens. I do not vaccinate against the flue, even that I deal in my job, laundry, with a crap load of bacteria and viruses and what ever. I do not get sick. When I got the crap, I was under some rather good stress, in a situation were I had very little influence to manage it, because it was 10.000 miles away. All I could do was sit and wait, if the things I could do would pan out. Which they did, so to speak in the last second. I got the crap in the last week. It could have waited one more week or so, how inconsiderate is that. 1 week later stress gone, sweep the sweat of your forehead have a beer in celebration. No way Jose, here comes Rosi :D

If you can find the 270, or have health and it pays, get it done. Your wives health stuff and the crap you have to deal with on and on, you do not need that one to top it of.

The plexi glass stuff came, looks very nice. I still have a few minor stuff to do inside. The pipes are painted and mounted. The shelf for the barrels is nearly done, just the center post is missing, it needs a little concrete footer.
While I was diging the hole, well, it started to snow again, just for 30 minutes. This is end of May and this crap has to stop. 45F, grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

The late afternoon became actually nice.
So I did the footer and than gave it a shot at one of the glassing panels.

I will trim out the corners with 1.5 inch alu angel.

The panels are rather strong, close to pro panel, so I do not see a problem with the snow.

Nothing in the green house. The System is in the wintergarden and I will hook it up to the green house.. I intend to run a hot air blower into the green house, from the hot water heating system I have in the house, 180F water, from the outside furnace. But I doubt, that that will be able to keep up the temps during the 2 most coldest winter month. Maybe above freezing during the night when it is -25 outside.
So the idea is an extension of the indoor system in the wintergarden, till it just gets to cold.
I have to look into electric valves, thermostat controlled. So if the green house reads 50 the flow will be shut of.
Problem will be non metal valve. Maybe just turning the pump for the green house of and have a plastic back flow preventer or some thing like that.
But that is in the future.
First I have to get the GH ready, hook up the system and than take out all the plants in the winter garden, including the aquaponics plants, to get rid of the infestation. Let things sit for over a month and start all over again in the winter garden.

I got some more work done on the east side. Both sheets are up, gutter board on and the door area trimmed out.
I hope to do the south side this weekend. I have reserved a cherry picker, man hoisted, for next week end to do the roof.
The door will be a 2 part door, it will help with ventilation in the Summer.

Got some more done this week end.
The east side roof is on including the vent.
The west side is on. That took longer than I thought, with all the trim around the window and the wall of the winter garden.
Oiled the wood.

The outside is done, except for the roof cap. I rented a man-lift, last Friday, brought it up to the ranch, set it up and than wanted to lower the stabilizer legs. One leg moved about 4 inches and than the thing died.
Oh well, could have been, worse, all legs extended me in the monkey cage and just about to install the cap, need 1 foot more to go and poof.
All ways look at the bright side.
So I returned the thing. Just 3 hours wasted, on the return trip I brought 1200 gallons of water up the hill. Its drying out fast and the dirt garden needs watering.
Today after work I started plumbing, till I ran out of materials. I will get more tomorrow.

That greenhouse design really adds to the beauty. Now I feel like I need to address the funky looking exterior of our house, damn you! :laughing3:

It might look good from the outside, but ...................... :D , I am not a housekeeper.
But thanks for the complement. :D
I have everything plumbed to the FT. Copa Americana on tube, Urus vs Mexico, wild one. That was yesterday.
Today Pan vs Bol, got the hangers for the first blue built and it installed and plumed. I used some 1 inch flat and 1/2 inch square tubing as material. The flat is bent at the top, 90, so it is like a hanger and got screwed to the wood.
Need to built 2 more sets, for 2 more blue.
Tomorrow morning I have to do maintenance at the school system, its my Sunday. In the afternoon I plan to get a temporary hook up to the cistern in the Wintergarden and start flushing the system and to test if the lower pipe is high enough, for gravity drain. Might have to go up 10 inches or less. It looks very close to being even with the rim of the FT.
I would like to get the system in the green house going as fast as possible, because the system in the WG is dying.
Maybe I do the flushing tonight, Arg vs Chil, should be a doozy

That is sweet looking. Super hangers too.
WG = Wicking Garden?
House cleaning: I must drive my wife nuts with my desire for clean floors and counters tops.
What type of fish are you going to run?
We'll probably make a run up that way for Fry sometime in the Fall.

WG = Winter Garden. I have 7 Tilapia, White Nile and around 20 small Gold Fish in the WG System. The white fly are killing everything in the WG, that's why I am a bit in a rush to switch to the greenhouse.
While Argentina defeated Chile, very fast and good game, I started flushing. Naturally the lower grow pipe in the greenhouse was to low. So during half time I raised it 6 inches, which works perfect.
I scrubed the grow pipes inside to removed all the loose paint dust. I filled the blue with water to see how well the hangers work. As of this morning nothing has come crashing down. So I consider it as ok and ready to go.
After the maintenance at the school system, I am off to the hydroponics store and see what kinde pump they have, need one more bag of clay peppels and than get it going and built two more sets of hangers.
By the end of the week it should be finished.
