Sri,

a few quick tips:

a) TRIANGULATION: - Put a few diagonal tubes into the structure to avoid a lot of movement and bending
b) Corner tubes: Use at least 3 screws/bolts to bolt it to the wall - 2 only and you have pivot
c) You need to calculate if your roof is strong enough to carry the weight of what you are planning to put there!
Remember - 1000 liters of water is 1 TON that's only about 330 gallons....

Cheers,

thjakits

Thanks nosliwmas and jmc .

@ Thjakits - thanks for suggestions . I think I have already worked on the triangulation , if this is what I mean by that

Image

Load testing by yours truly - am 65 kg weight

Image

One frame can hold 70 kgs with slight bend , as I put my full weight in middle , I have three frame s to support the veggies with weighs evenly spreading . So I can grow approx 300 kgs of veggies ( plant weight)

My roof reinforced steel concrete , it should basically have strength to hold as per my calculations. But still I will put the tank and keep posted .

Bingo!! :)

You got the idea right!

Steel-reinforced is good (.....but you know best how often builders cheat in your country!!) - as long as it cna support your tanks you are good!

Good Luck!

Yep thkakits, Yes cheating happens usually here , rooms in home are much small , max 10 by 10 feet , So Roof is supported by walls as well . Am planning to place my fish tank on there area where walls are 7 feet apart down inside my house .

As least on the roof, you don't need to worry about the fish swimming away in a flood.

Hi floridafishin

Hope it helps u .

Tamarind wrap for strained/swollen joints

1) Tamarind - small lemon size
2) Turmuric - 3/4 tsp
3) Salt - 1 tsp
4)Water - half a cup

Method:
Mix all the four ingredients together and boil it in a kadai and boil till all the ingredients are fully dissolved and become a thick mixture which will be bright yellow in color. When the mixture is lukewarm apply it to the strained area and let the wrap to dry for some time.Do not directly apply the wrap when it is very hot .Mixture should be lukewarm and heat should be bearable.

Sri,

Much appreciated. I like the old methods better than modern medicine. Way less side effects. Plus we can grow most of our medicines in our AP system.
