Thanks Scotty . yes it fixable but lot of effort. plus some design which I want to change it. This is the first time we are experiencing high winds. always we used to say. We are in safe zone. no natural calamities. but back to back two years. flood and cyclone. god nature is teaching me a lesson

Poop catch basin(I call it that) removable and clean easily -has 5 micron filtration . See how yellow it is . Smells earthy . My tank is healthy

Nice job Sri :headbang: . How often do you have to clean the filter (or have you had it long enough to know that yet)? I guess I should also ask if you just put it inline occasionally or if it's always in place?

Thanks scotty. For now I clean on daily basis as my poop catch basin is very small. Cleaning duration of this design directly related to poop catching basin size . I am going to increase size to hold 1kg waste and post updates later

API test kit
My kh took 22 drops and gh keeps on going 34 drops

If I test my water

Kh took 3 drops . Gh took 4 drops

Conclusion - I have very very hard water I think
