My silver perch are two years old this month! I harvested five of them on Monday and we'll be eating our first homegrown fish meal later this week. The biggest one was 575g and seems nice and meaty! :headbang:

Wow they are slow compared to rainbow trout, but at least you don't have high summer water temperature dramas.
