not sure what can eat them, slugs / snails certainly can, but i wouldnt risk it with mammals, personally.

I have never tried aquaponics with spuds o know they do well in wicking beds

Yeah, potatoes are a nightshade and all the green parts contain pretty high levels of solanine; the fruits contain even more. I wouldn't try it!

Noted, yeah I saw on Rob Bob's channel perpetual spinach so I'm going to grow that for them this next year, anybody grow anything for pets/ meat animals?
