Dear friends. I would like to have an advice from you guys, as you can see on the pictures attached, it seems that my cheri tomato plants are have some kind of a deficiency of something else the OLD leafs seems to be curling downwards and have dark green color, the NEW leafs are misshaped like a ball and also curling down, some NEW leafs are dying (like over watering symptoms) Note: Using DWC method System Information: pH: 6.7 Ammonia: 4 Nitrite: 2 Nitrate: 160 ++ to increase pH using (Hydrated Lime) and (Pottasium Nitrate) I think it might be Calcium Def. since I am using equal quantities of above mentioned items every day and the Pottasium Nitrate might be more consitrated that hydrated lime that caused the water to have less consitration of calcium in the system OR I might be having very high Ammonia and Nitrate that is having bad effects ?????!!!!!!!!!!!!!! please advice guys. thank you all

probably grow light issues - they always seem to be a limiting factor to me... also lack of root space for the plant to thrive.... you don't mention how many fish... |

thank you for your reply. I have 35 mid size tilapia. well that grow light brand is unknown so it might be a bad brand. anyways please check my other elements and tell me your feed back if there might be any other issue. or if it looks like that there is not enough CA in my system |

You have nowhere near enough grow lights. 30watts per sqft minimum, optimum is 50. It looks like you have maybe 5-10 watts per sqft currently. |

Calcium deficiency will cause downward leaf curl, could be not enough in your system,or an environmental issue, high or low RH. |
