Hello. I am new to aquaponica and my system has been up and running for about 4 months and was producing very well. Just recently my tomato's and lettuce have had brown spots show up. Attached are pictures. Is there an additive I can add to the system to correct the deficiency?

Can you post details about the system & water. That might help to narrow things down.
The first pic looks like a pest problem or bacterial problem, notice those black dots & I don't know what the 2nd pic is.

Is it an outdoor system?

The aquaponics is setup in a small greenhouse. I have not noticed any type of bugs/insects present. I have 2x 225 gallon tanks outside the greenhouse and a 100 gallon sump. The water flows through a swirl filter and then a filter with bioballs. I feed the tilapia duckweed and aquaponics fish food.

The black spots are probably either mold spores or frass from some pest. Look on the underside of the leaves and maybe check at night. If it's either one of these you should be able to rub the spots off.

Probably 90% of pictures I see on here of people asking how to fix their plant deficiency, are not deficiency problems, they are pest, viral, bacterial or fungal issues.

Are you saying both pics are thrips?
I've seen those white marks before,on trees & always wandered what that was.

That looks like it but I can't find any type of bugs in the greenhouse? I moved all the leaves and looked closely and nothing.

You often can't see them with the naked eye, they are very small. Get a magnifying glass and look again at the leaves, especially on the back of the leaves.

You are right! They are there. I got lady bugs for in the greenhouse, will that work? Other solutions?
