Yes me to when I go On my computer I get virus Alerts as well when my computer scans for something it comes back saying nothing found my son told me it might be deeply imbedded what ever that means lol but it always goes on alert when I go on BYAp and my computer starts running slow etc I no nothing about computers

That’s your problem in one! Your using Norton! The worlds most useless program ever invented . I have been online now over twenty years. For five unfortunate years I used Norton. I have virus warnings everyday? You need to do this? We have to take over your computer for the next hour to do this?
Screw Norton. Its just a USA spy program! They are just spying on you. Reading your information on where you visit on the net and they need that time and your download/upload cost go to you?
Try AVG. its free and you don’t need to pay unless you want the Norton way of doing it again. I don’t really care if someone wants to spy on my web use. If I find a clip on you tube of a half naked cheerleader after having a fall funny. Who is the sick person? Me or the person that is watching what caught my eye on most viewed clips that day?

Hi Blizzard my wife found avg it said it was free so she set it up and sure enough it found three threats (funny how Norton didn't pick that up)anyway once set up it said we had 28 days free trial after that have to pay

I would also install malawarebytes (the free version) and CCleaner to tidy up the registry. :)
