Does anyone have a good recipe for baked fish? Seasoned with what? Stuffed and baked or with a nice sauce around the fish. I have eaten them like this in restaurants but never at home. Good eating. |

i like baking fish in parchment (or foil) pouches.. a litte white wine, a squeeze of lemon, maybe some butter (depending on the fish), some very thinly sliced carrots, or other veggies like zuchini, spices like thyme, basil and cilantro are all good with fish.. bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes |

That sounds good Keith. I do something similar too this http://www.familyfreshcooking.com/2010/ ... d-tilapia/ except I use some honey drizzled on top and serve it with mango salsa and rice. |

The classic baked trout is with flaked almonds, butter, parsley or dill and lemon juice. Just don't over cook it or it dries out. about 12 mins at 250 for a 1kg fish is about right. It's quicker than you think. |
