Well I cooked the silver in foil with lemon & garlic opened it up and it was all slimey with lots of oil over it
so I didn't eat it :oops:
But from what i've been told since that is normal :dontknow:

My wife found the fish recipe here:

She altered the recipe a little by adding olives. We had a hard time finding "Capsicum Paste" - but we found a suitable substitute with "Capsicum Eggplant Pasta Sauce".

I must confess that I do NOT enjoy eating fish - BUT when there are many other tasty flavours - I really ate this meal with enthusiasm!
