I have the same experience with the cheese - we had to eventually het a tightly sealing tupperware to safeguard the cheese!

the monster should hold about 10000L. We need to scrounge more grow beds.
I've got an order with a guy for 10 blue drums, but he only uses one a week, so there will be a bit of a wait.
We've got a few blue drums, an IBC, the lid of the monster (3000L), part of a corrugated iron tank (1000L), 2 bathtubs, and a small steel tank for the sump (300L?)

you need to get gravel delivered so you can rope C1 in to clean it with you LOL

Sounds like a HUGE amount of gravel washing comming up!
And you know that IF I lived up that way I would be there in a flash to help wash ;)
But alas, I am stuck down in Cairns :lol:

I just priced the gravel... it won't be happening this weekend. $300 for the gravel, when I've just paid $300 for the cement for the tank. There'll be a short wait for that job.
