Today molj wrote me a pm, I googled down some hungarian hatcheries for him.

It was hard work. Those with webpage are not seo friendly ones, so it took a while, but I found tham. Durring this web digging, I accidentally found stg that worth gold for me:

I found a fish pellet reseller :thumbright:
more over
he has a some experience with Wels Catfish in tanks :thumbright:
because
he has tham in his own hatchery. :notworthy:

A texas cowboy would now say: Yeeeeehhhhaaa!

- I added some insulation (blue) around the brick wall, and filled up the rest on the outher side.
- Floor is now leveled inside, and started putting down the concrete tiles which will be the floor.
- Did some shopping too, wood materials and fiberglass matterials are now in the garage.

:( Noone makes Wels currently in tank, the fishery where this picture was made switched to african catfish, because of market demand. The closest operating wels fishery is in germany. They make 150 tons/year.
:) They dont breed wels, but of course they have the knowledge and willing to share!

:) I found at least 15 sources of Wels Catfish fingerlinks, and wels catfish is cheap, ~0.11 USD / pcs.
:( If the Catfish is not used to pellet from the begining, we have to face, a big mortality while teaching tham.
:( Normally noone feeds the fingerling with pellet as they are breeded to be releaced to lakes where they have to hunt for them selves.
:) I have found a guy who are willing to breed some special steril pellet eater fingerligs fot me. ( I also gave a sign to molj http://www.backyardaquaponics.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=2496&st=0&sk=t&sd=a to join in if he wants some catfish.)

:( I wanted to add fish in may, but the catfish breed in may, so I will only get fingerlings in june.
:) Need to pee a lot!

The last weekend my grandpa - who is 78 and a great hobby dirt gardene - handed me ~5 kilos of dry beans. First I thought that I explanied something wrong, when I told him about what Im building in the backyard. He probably didnt understand that the system only needs a few seeds. Then he expalined, that he had seen on the photos that when we dugg the basement of the greenhouse we ate bean soup. He was inspired and wanted to take a part the project, so he thought he would sponsor some meals for the "team". He really toucher my heart.
What a suprise: I have a sponsor! :thumbleft:

I did a lot, here is a short update:

- Making and leveling the floor was hard job. I worked every day after work, and it took 3 days to finish the floor.

- The floor is made of recycled materials just as the wall. Its not perfect but it's strong and it won't sink!

On friday I picked the cicular saw and started wood works. I have cut up most of the parts.

Saturday I placed the webcam to a new place outside, and framed the front wall.

Sunday I framed the back wall, placed the two walls, and tied tham down.
