History will tell you that it must be almost impossible to make a go in aquaculture when you have to lease the farm. These guys have only been going a couple of years and I would guess outlayed much more than what they made. King Trout in Pemberton has had two lease holders bale out over the last few years and the guy leasing Bouverie Trout farm also went bust.
