Here at Backyard Aquaponics we pride ourselves on supplying quality aquaponics systems. We’ve been refining these systems for many years, and we’ve also supplied many hundreds of systems of all different sizes and configurations, allowing people to grow their own fresh fish and vegetables in their own homes when they may have been unable to build a system themselves.

Here are a number of systems we have designed and installed for clients.

We have around 150 installations we’ve done for clients over the past five years, we’ll be updating this page ever the next few weeks with further systems (Nov 2012).

Courtyard System

The Courtyard System consists of 1 growbed containing 500L of media and a 1000L fish tank. The system can have a fish tank upgrade to 1500L or 2000L for a larger water volume, and to enable further expansion in the future by adding more beds to the system.

Entertainer system

The Backyard System is a a great system for the larger yard or bigger family. Incorporating a 2oooL fish tank and three growbeds, this is getting serious.

 

Family Deluxe System

We’ve actually phased out the family and deluxe system from our range as there are better ways of having your system set up. Numerous smaller more modular systems actually end up being cheaper to set up, easier to operate, cheaper to operate
